Pure-Malay continued-pretrain of oaica-35b-a3b. Only a quantized (Q4_K/Q6_K) build exists
today — no bf16 Malay export yet (unlike the base oaica-35b-a3b repo, which defaults to
bf16). Default here = malay35b.pqm as-is.
