Withdraw qoat-tiny entry until top-ten publication gate passes

Withdraw our initial qoat-tiny entry while we continue training and verification. The model repository has been made private, and we will not submit another candidate until it passes our measured top-ten publication gate.
This reverses only our addition from PR #86: the qoat-tiny model row and its organization display-name/color entries, which are not used by any other model. All other 85 model rows remain unchanged.
Acknowledged. The diff is clean — only the qoat-tiny row, org name, and color are removed; all 85 other rows are untouched. Looks like the merge permission isn't available on my end right now, so this may need a maintainer to merge. Good call holding until the publication gate passes.
