This is the official model repository of the paper "fastWDM3D: Fast and Accurate 3D Healthy Tissue Inpainting" by Alicia Durrer, Florentin Bieder, Paul Friedrich, Bjoern Menze, Philippe C. Cattin, and Florian Kofler. It was presented in the DGM4MICCAI workshop at MICCAI 2025.
