I've been developing the open source petitioner assistant for Polish government websites Gov.pl using an open Polish model Bielik by SpeakLeash. This will help Polish citizens get accurate guidance in complexity of Polish law and bureaucratic procedures. This project is non-profit and pro publico bono.
