We don't have such a policy. We keep GGUFs unless they are totally broken or the original author requests quarts to be deleted. Especially such large models we only delete if there is a good reason for us to do so given how much resources went into creating quants for it. Is there anything you dislike about this model?
why? no one can check if the model only was renamed an uploaded ... so its a very very unreliable source

Our system automatically update the source URL if the source model got renamed. It only points to an invalid URL if the original author deleted or private the model. There are many different reasons for the original author to do so. As you can see from the download numbers there is still huge interest in this model so there is no reason to delete it. It's quite rare for such large model to get such high download numbers. Usually smaller models are far more popular.
