Hi,

This PR updates the model card for the OneRef model by adding the pipeline_tag: zero-shot-object-detection. This ensures the model is discoverable under relevant tasks on the Hugging Face Hub.

Additionally, as specified in the paper information, the model is linked to the survey paper Towards Visual Grounding: A Survey for additional context. I've also added a direct link to the code at the top for easier access.
