Model Description

parakeet-tdt-0.6b-v3 is a 600-million-parameter multilingual automatic speech recognition (ASR) model developed by NVIDIA.
It extends the parakeet-tdt-0.6b-v2 model by expanding from English-only support to 25 European languages.

The model automatically detects the spoken language and transcribes speech to text without requiring additional prompting.
It was trained primarily on the Granary multilingual corpus [1,2] and is optimized for both research and production-grade deployment.
