Swift 1.5 continues UkisAI's Swift 1.0 model, itself a Qwen3.8-27B
derivative. The full release incorporates the Qwen3.8-27B Base Model and
UkisAI's Swift 1.0 and Swift 1.5 contributions.

Changes made by UkisAI (Apache License 2.0, Section 4(b) change notice):
  - model-*.safetensors, model.safetensors.index.json: the model weights from
    Swift 1.0 were further adapted by UkisAI using additional post-training
    methods.
  - README.md: replaced. LICENSE and NOTICE added.
  - All other files (config.json, generation_config.json, chat_template.jinja,
    tokenizer.json, tokenizer_config.json, vocab.json, merges.txt,
    preprocessor_config.json, video_preprocessor_config.json) are retained from
    the parent model and remain available under Apache License, Version 2.0.

Changes made in this repository (Apache License 2.0, Section 4(b) change notice),

  - model-*.safetensors, model.safetensors.index.json, model_extra_tensors.safetensors:
    the weights were quantized to W4A16 (INT4, group size 128, symmetric) with
    AutoRound, calibrated on nvidia/OpenCodeInstruct. See README.md and
    REQUANT_RECIPE.env.
  - config.json: re-saved by the quantizer (transformers 5.17.0), with
    quantization_config added.
  - chat_template.jinja: reasoning_effort accepts the aliases minimal (-> low)
    and high / max (-> xhigh) instead of raising. Every value the parent
    template accepted renders byte-identically.
  - README.md: replaced. NOTICE: this section added. REQUANT_RECIPE.env,
    REQUANT_REQUIREMENTS.lock, VERIFY.txt, quantization-report.csv,
    quantization-report.txt and SHA256SUMS added.
  - tokenizer.json, tokenizer_config.json, vocab.json, merges.txt,
    generation_config.json, preprocessor_config.json,
    video_preprocessor_config.json: retained unchanged from the parent.
