# Private Hugging Face upload instructions

This directory is prepared only for a future human-controlled private upload. This workflow did not authenticate to or contact Hugging Face.

1. Verify `saferide-freeze-manifest.json` and every declared SHA-256 locally.
2. Create or select a **private** model repository with approved access and Gemma license handling.
3. Authenticate only in the human-controlled publication session.
4. From this directory, run `huggingface-cli upload <approved-private-repo-id> . --repo-type model`.
5. Re-download into controlled storage, verify every hash, record the immutable revision, and keep deployment/export disabled pending separate approvals.

Do not upload raw evaluation rows, raw generations, row identifiers, private paths, credentials, or the quarantined continuation.
