# License information

Licenses in this repository can vary by asset. This file identifies the scope of the custom
Character Swap and Motion Transfer licenses; it does not change the terms for other assets.

## BFS Character Swap LoRAs

The [BFS Character Swap License](LICENSE_CHARACTER_SWAP.md) applies only to these weight files and
derivative weight files made from them:

- `loras/minimax_h3_character_swap_v1.1_ref2va_fro.safetensors` — v1.1, the current release.
- `loras/minimax_h3_character_swap_v1.0_ref2va_r64_gl.safetensors` — v1.0 release.

v1.1 is the recommended starting point; v1.0 stays available for comparison. The v1.0 WIP checkpoint
(`minimax_h3_character_swap_v1.0_ref2va_r64_gl_WIP.safetensors`) is no longer published here; copies
downloaded earlier remain covered by the same license.

Use is free and does not require prior permission, including commercial use in videos and films.
Organizations with consolidated annual gross revenue above US $1,000,000 must credit Alissonerdx
and the BFS Character Swap LoRA in commercial use. The LoRA or its inference functionality may not
be offered as a hosted API, SaaS, or other remote model service. See the license for full terms.

## BFS Motion Transfer LoRAs

The [BFS Motion Transfer License](LICENSE_MOTION_TRANSFER.md) applies only to these weight files and derivative
weight files made from them:

- `loras/minimax_h3_motion_transfer_v1.0_ref2va.safetensors` — Motion Transfer v1.0 (guide latents).
- `loras/minimax_h3_motion_transfer_tara_v1.0_ref2va.safetensors` — Motion Transfer TARA v1.0 (native reference + TARA).
- `loras/base_loras_ignore/minimax_h3_motion_transfer_v1.0_ref2va.safetensors` and `..._tara_v1.0_ref2va.safetensors` — the
  previous releases, without the training adapter.

The current files carry [ostris' training adapter V2](https://huggingface.co/ostris/minimax_h3_training_adapter) merged in;
the adapter part keeps its own terms. Same terms as Character Swap: free use including commercial videos and films; organizations above
US $1,000,000 annual gross revenue must credit Alissonerdx and the BFS Motion Transfer LoRA; no hosted API, SaaS or
remote model service.

## Merges with SolarRenderer

These files merge an Alissonerdx LoRA with the SolarRenderer control LoRA by
[Enderfga](https://huggingface.co/Enderfga/SolarRenderer) (MiniMax H3 Community License) at strength 0.5, or are
SolarRenderer files converted to ComfyUI's MiniMax H3 key names:

- `loras/minimax_h3_motion_transfer_ffp_v1.0_ref2va.safetensors` — Motion Transfer FFP v1.0: VFX Edit FFP r128 × 1.0 +
  SolarRenderer control × 0.5, SVD-compressed to 99% of the Frobenius energy (first-frame propagate).
- `loras/solarrenderer/solarrenderer_control_comfy.safetensors` and `..._fro_dyn99.safetensors` — SolarRenderer
  control converted to ComfyUI H3 keys; the `_fro_dyn99` copy is compressed to 99% of the Frobenius energy.
- `loras/solarrenderer/solarrenderer_4step_comfy.safetensors` and `..._fro_dyn99.safetensors` — SolarRenderer 4-step
  LoRA converted to ComfyUI H3 keys; the `_fro_dyn99` copy is compressed to 99% of the Frobenius energy.

The SolarRenderer weights are distributed under the MiniMax H3 Community License Agreement, including its territorial
restrictions; see [Enderfga/SolarRenderer](https://huggingface.co/Enderfga/SolarRenderer) (LICENSE and NOTICE). The
SolarRenderer part keeps that license and its attribution to Enderfga. In the merge, the Alissonerdx part keeps the VFX
Edit terms of this repository, so the merge must be used within both.

## Other assets

The custom Character Swap and Motion Transfer licenses do not apply to the other LoRAs, the latent upscaler,
workflows, documentation, example videos, ComfyUI or MiniMax H3 base-model files. Those assets retain their own
applicable licenses and upstream terms.
